The Misunderstanding of <strong>Teyana Taylor <\/strong>is a <strong>Lauryn Hill<\/strong> inspired project, whom of which she says is her favorite lyricist and Teyana\u2019s inspiration to break out into the game. This time around Teyana calls on <strong>Travis Porter<\/strong>, <strong>Fabolous<\/strong>, <strong>Jadakiss<\/strong> and many other guest artists for dope collabs. One of the finer cuts on the tape is \u201cMake Your Move\u201c featuring <strong>Wale<\/strong>. From being under a major label for about 6 years and not being able to release and album or EP, this is her first release since the split, so breaking away and embarking on her own journey it would seem like she made a good decision. The production on this tape is done by <strong>DJ Mustard<\/strong>, <strong>Hit-Boy<\/strong>, and <strong>Tone P<\/strong>.
