He calls himself Luisterwaar and he has a new E.P. available from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.saturaterecords.com\/\">Saturate Records<\/a> entitled Illuminants. An entry into the beat scene that is short and sweet. This is a glitch 8bit bass monster! Tracks like \u201cI Love My Gun\u201d with its stuttering bass lines, hyper active claps, and glitches fit nicely with \u201cWhen I Flew My Vimana\u201d and \u201cRoyal Flush\u201d a post Dilla cut with a Jungle twist. Great synth heavy atmospherics blend with dark crunchy beats that crawl at a hypnotizing pace, with a few bright moments chopped up in the mix reminiscent of Onra or Hudson Mohawke to make this a really nice listen. Songs that sound good in all three arenas, from the car, to the club, or through headphones.
