<\/a><\/center><\/p>\nIf you\u2019re looking for a night mixed with the most soulful progressions and melodies on top of the dopest beats to vibe with, or want to get down with a few artists who have made a legendary impact on music – you\u2019d be hard pressed to find something to compete with Panic In LA<\/em>.<\/p>\n L\u2019affaire Musicale and Orlove Entertainment came through with their second annual Panic In LA<\/em> event. The Globe Theatre\u2019s doors opened on Saturday, October 7th with a line-up featuring B. Bravo, Pomo, StarRo, Mix Master Mike, Sango, and Raekwon the Chef. The Globe Theatre filled up quick with fans who couldn\u2019t help but spend all night dancing and letting go.\u00a0<\/p>\n The internationally influential DJ, Mix Master Mike flawlessly executed some of the most technical mixing, scratching, and joggling yet still maintained a consistent groove his entire set. Setting the mood for the night was Grammy-nominated producer StarRo<\/a> who took the stage with a full band, playing remixes and original tracks off his Monday<\/em> project. StarRo brought out Kyle Dion as a special guest to perform their track “Time Off”.<\/p>\n Up next was Canadian multi-instrumentalist and producer, Pomo<\/a>. Pomo’s eclectic sounds of hip hop, house, and funk had everyone on the dance floor dancing. He played his remix to Alina Baraz & Galimatias “Fantasy” track, and played some of his own production like “Am I Wrong” featured on Anderson .Paak’s Malibu<\/em> album. He had the vibes just right to help transition into the heat Sango<\/a> was there to bring. A set full of seamless transitions and some of the hottest grooves to match, Sango brings a unique mix of baile funk, crazy bass lines, trap snares, and Brazilian samples that you can\u2019t find anywhere else. If you don\u2019t go to shows to dance, chances are the energy Sango provided would change that. <\/p>\n Following Sango set we got to see a living legend, Raekwon the Chef<\/a>. If you\u2019re familiar with Raekwon, we don\u2019t need to elaborate. If you aren\u2019t, you might need a hip-hop history lesson.\u00a0With over 20 years in the game, Da Chef still has it, rocking the stage stage effortless. He opened up his performance with “This Is What It Comes Too” off his latest album The Wild<\/em>. Raekwon gave mad shoutouts to his crew as fans chanted Wu-Tang. He then proceeded to perform cuts off his classic 1995 debut album, Only Built 4 Cuban Linx<\/em>. It was dope to see him perform \u201cIncarcerated Scarfaces\u201d and “Ice Cream”.<\/p>\n If you missed it this year, you aren\u2019t completely out of luck. Keep an eye out for the third annual Panic In LA to be announced.
