The 12-track collection is set for release March 9th and features his previous booming singles “Roses”, “Reflex”, “3 Below” and “Some Nights”. Born the son of a preacher and one of nine siblings, SAINt JHN split his youth between Guyana and Brooklyn, drawing inspiration from both Caribbean music and the hip-hop his brother was listening to and making while growing up in New York. This merge of influences led to a unique and hypnotic delivery and songwriting style that earned him writing credits on Usher’s 2016 hits “Crash” and “Rivals”, Joey Badass’ “Teach Me”, Jidenna’s “Helicopters \/ Beware” and “Safari” and more.<\/p>\nAfter building his name as a songwriter, a pivotal moment of realization led him to releasing his songs under his own name.
