Throughout the four-track EP, Snips draws on influences stretching across house, nu soul, hip hop, jazz and disco, with some of London\u2019s most talented artists to piece together a coherent journey.<\/p>\n<p>Lead single \u2018The Product\u2019 is a jazz funk inspired downtempo house track, featuring spoken word artist William Stowe who paints a picture of existing in modern day Hackney, East London. Soul artist Emmavie is featured on \u2018Broke My Heart\u2019, a nod to R&#038;B\u2019s golden era, while Snips shows his ability to flip and filter samples into new soundscapes on the instrumental track \u2018My Queen\u2019, which has the markings of a future club classic. The EP closes on \u2018Pennies For My Thoughts\u2019 featuring North London MC Awate, lending his vocals to a timeless hip hop production, rooted in classic boom bap sensibilities and topped off with an obligatory scratch hook.<\/p>\n<p>Stream <em>London Livin&#8217;<\/em> EP below.
