Held at the Banc of California, the city skyline peaked through the stadium illuminating Los Angeles from afar. Goers had the opportunity to choose from watching show premieres, to comedy acts, to musical performances, or experience installations and rides. Rides included a mechanical hot dog, a Morty slide and more. Two stages were side by side, which made it easy for Adult Swim fans to interchange areas after each act. Stadium seats were available for festival-goers\u2019 comfort as well as VIP designated areas. Throughout both days, Adult Swim fans dressed in their favorite character costumes &#8211; loved seeing their portrayals. <\/p>\n<p><center><a href=\"http:\/\/illsocietymag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/AdultSwimFest-11.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/illsocietymag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/AdultSwimFest-11.jpg\" alt=\"AdultSwimFest-11\" width=\"640\" height=\"440\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-44679\" \/><\/a><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Friday was kicked off by Cooly G, Dawn and Captain Murphy among many others. <\/p>\n<p>Cooly G set the vibes for the babycat stage with some House. The crowd continued the night dancing throughout Dawn\u2019s performance. She added energy and flare with the addition of backup dancers, a live band, and backup harmonies. Outside, Captain Murphy gave the audience a glimpse into his world with a double projected screen. Heads bobbing back and forth. In between songs, MF DOOM crashed his set\u2026or what vaguely appeared as a DOOMBOT. Fans hollered in excitement, while some questioned their realities. To our belief, it was not indeed the one, the only MF DOOM, but Hannibal Buress. The crowd chanted in laughter after witnessing the reveal. Leikeli47 got the crowd moving playing her songs as well as bangers, finishing the night with a great ending.
