Producer Grant Peyton<\/strong> has released a self-titled full length late last month and a two-track download a few weeks ago and they are both chilled out, backpack rap instrumental pieces of work. Coming from Orlando, FL<\/strong> he has been influenced by south Florida garage rock and beach friendly hip-hop. The Grant album is a mixture of traditional hip-hop tracks that any emcee would want to get on, while he throws in his tripped out synthesized heavy bass tracks. One banger that stands out is the one featuring Michael Suess<\/strong>. This track reminds me of a dark place you don\u2019t want to go to. It displays some influences of Andre Nickatina<\/strong>. The two-track download Purp in da Drank<\/strong> is a collaboration with artist XXYYXX<\/strong> who is familiar to the ISM <\/strong>family. They broke down Waka Flocka \u201cHard In Da Paint\u201d<\/em>. Grant\u2019s<\/strong> remix had the chopped and screwed skills that come from the south and are frequently played through out Florida. He uses keys that drape over the lyrics making the song have a soft side while still having hard-bitten characteristics.
