The first lady of Grand Hustle has released her first EP entitled Glory<\/strong> and this 6 track project is just a little taste of what we are to expect from her debut album, The New Classic<\/strong>, due out later this year. With the help of B.O.B<\/strong>. Iggy Azalea<\/strong> sets the tone for this tape on \u201cMillionaire Misfits\u201d<\/em>. \u201c\u2026I\u2019m dumb paid\/ dumb sluts couldn\u2019t get 3 stacks outta Andr\u00e9\/They ask me what I want, I say whatcha got\/everything, private plane, multi \u2013 million dollar yacht\u2026\u201d She rhymes fast over this slick Bei Maejor<\/strong> beat while B.O.B <\/strong>drops his signature gold.<\/p>\n

\u201cMurdaBizness\u201d<\/em> is the single from Glory<\/strong> that features her mentor T.I.<\/strong> which was a good choice for a hit. Not only for T.I.\u2019s<\/strong> presence but for the dope punch lines (now with a more southern twang) she drops from bar to bar. \u201cIggy. Do it biggie\/tell ’em keep sending bottles, Ima pop 50\/these other bitches think they hot? Not really\/ she a broke ho, that’s how you know she not with me\u201d.<\/p>\n

On \u201cRunway\u201d<\/em>, Featuring Pusha T<\/strong>, Iggy<\/strong> spits about finding her identity and how where your from doesn\u2019t always make you who you turn out to be. \u201c\u2026where you stay ain\u2019t gotta be what ya made of\/what\u2019s in ya heart don\u2019t always match where you came from\/couldn\u2019t see you so they treat you like a misfit\/cuz ya mind clicks in another district…\u201d It\u2019s a more honest track and you can tell it hits close to home with critics constantly analyzing Iggy\u2019s<\/strong> persona and her upbringing.<\/p>\n

\u201cFlash\u201d<\/strong> is indeed THAT song Iggy<\/strong> is known for. Produced my Mike Posner<\/strong> himself, its provocative, racy, and slightly raunchy (in a Foxy Brown kind of way), as she takes a classic spin on the late night urges one gets when you\u2019re feeling a tad bit lonely. \u201cMy main man fuck me good like a side piece\/tell me that I\u2019m beautiful then get it from the side please\/got me callin\u2019 out ya name like you need to be reminded\u2026\u201d And with Mike Posner<\/strong> on the hook you know it\u2019s going to be a naughty little number.<\/p>\n

Glory<\/strong> cements her position as one of hip-hop\u2019s growing acts. This EP surely sets the table for The New Classic<\/strong>– an album fans and critics are expecting from Iggy<\/strong>, and if she\u2019s simply giving away music of this quality, you know she is going to taking it up a few notches with her debut release.
