On May 20th in Tokyo, Loewe and Junya Watanabe COMME de GARCONS made their 1st debut at the Spanish embassy. Spanish label, Loewe, and Japanese designer, Junya Watanabe of COMME des GARCONS, joined forces to collide looks of both upscale and edgy looks. The 2013 summer lookbook consists of an edgy 80’s punk-rock theme that exaggerates the collaboration of Loewe and Junya Watanabe’s collection with a lot of leather, tweed, and denim fabrics. If you remember the movie Labyrinth with David Bowie, you will see the revival of the film portrayed in the shoot.
It includes accessories and apparel for both men and women and will be sold at 40 retail stores on September 2013 worldwide and online store, Dover Street Market.
