Courtesy of Jarittos Summer Pop Up Shop, ILLSOCIETY was able to attend True Sounds Producers Showcase on May 31st, 2013. Arriving to the shop, there was already a big group of people chilling outside and conversing with other attendees. The showcase featured local artists such as HUSS, CBALL, TEAMSTREETZ, INTR$CATE SOUND, and TWEET BEATZ, who had about a thirty minute set each. The downside to the artists was not many were giving a performance but instead played a playlist, the audience still listened and enjoyed themselves. There was also art which hung all over the shop that caught my attention and in the back one can get there hands on a free Jarritos drink or Blue Ribbon. True Sounds Producer Showcase was an event where individuals socialized and listened to the beats, for it being free it was an event you should have made it out to. Shout out to Dae One for putting together a dope event for producers!
