Metropolitan cities are the cornerstone for great photography where photographers and enthusiast can run wild. Every city has its own story that is narrated by the camera lens that gives an image worth a thousand words. Photographer Michael Shainblum has created a wild new style of urban timelapse photography using a mirrored editing technique. He has produced a collection of kaleidoscopic timelapse cityscapes of cities like Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Las Vegas. He has blended them together into a single timelapse video called “Mirror City”, a piece of video artwork that yields “a plethora of visual stimulation”, in the words of the artist himself.
