The concept is developing a 21 piece bike that’s pieces twist and lock together where customers would be able to assemble and dismantling. The concept showcases the bike being made out of steel hubs joined with a coated aluminum frame body and rims that makes it easy for assembling or dismantling. Lucid Design won the Red Dot 2014 Design Award for their Kit Bike concept won and looks to develop a prototype in the near future.
