Eric Rieger is a street artist from Minneapolis that goes under the name “HOTTEA” who has the talents of transforming ordinary yarn into 3D works of art. HOTTEA began creating yarn murals after his challenges getting arrested for creating graffiti art illegally throughout the city and decided to take a new direction. He developed a passion and interest designing yarn as a child from his grandmother and decided to use his passion to design non destructive art installations on fences. 14 years later he is embraced by the city he calls home and work is protected by the locals around the city where he develops new pieces.
