Ewing Athletics has been at the top of the list as one of the best retro re-releases in the sneaker world within the past two years and continues making its mark teaming up again with Massachusetts retailer Concepts for another collaboration. The Concepts x Ewing Athletics 33 Hi are a special-edition 33 Hi that draws inspiration from Patrick Ewing’s past. The shoe’s neutral black and grey coloring takes its inspiration from Ewing’s high school, Rindge & Latin, located in Concepts’ home base of Cambridge, Mass. The high-tops are executed with a soft suede build, with a white midsole and gum rubber outsole, plus reflective accents along the tongue and collar. The kicks are slated to release August 23rd, with Patrick Ewing himself appearing in-store go meet fans during the launch.
