Mike Zombie, is a record producer and recording artist from Willingboro, NJ, signed as a producer to Drake’s OVO Sound record label. He is best known for the production of Drake’s hit single “Started from the Bottom”. He is responsible for the eerie piano keys, bass and the upbeat rhythm making up the production for the song. “Started from the Bottom” was the winner of “Track of the Year” at the 2013 BET Hip Hop Awards. Mike Zombie released his first mixtape, The End of the Beginning, on Dec 22, 2013. Recently he produced DJ Khaled’s new song “They Don’t Love You No More” featuring Meek Mill, Rick Ross, Jay-Z and French Montana. Following his debut single release of “616,” Mike recently dropped his latest track titled “Cash Money” that he uses an uptempo flow matched with a melodic style trap beat he produced. The songs talks about his transition of adapting to the game and people expecting him to stay the same but he feels there’s no way of staying the same as he needs to grow and evolve as he transitions into a new lifestyle.
