Hawdwerk just dropped his limited edition “Call In Sick EP Deluxe”, a re-release of the original Call In Sick EP, this time around, re-mixed and mastered by longtime creative partner FunkLogik. Known for his detail oriented raps and ability to verbally paint pictures; it’s nice to see Hawdwerk back with more food for thought. The EP is fused with seven tracks where he takes us on a ride though his hometown of West Covina, CA. Using his lyrical powers, he breaks down some childhood memories and reminds us of his minimal yet grand lifestyle. On the project, he features names like Richard Wright, Poetik Force, Avi The Most Ill, Popula Pizz, and Namek with production by C-Ball, Kaleem Wasif and J. Bizness.
The Deluxe EP comes nicely packaged with his CD, resume, postcard and a few more surprises, all inside a Cov Original stamped mini-manila folder. Hawdwerk has clearly been working. Be sure to listen and cop the limited edition Call In Sick EP Deluxe.
