After leaving StarTrak/Interscope earlier this year, Teyana Taylor has released an long awaited EP. The Misunderstanding of Teyana Taylor is a Lauryn Hill inspired project, whom of which she says is her favorite lyricist and Teyana’s inspiration to break out into the game. This time around Teyana calls on Travis Porter, Fabolous, Jadakiss and many other guest artists for dope collabs. One of the finer cuts on the tape is “Make Your Move“ featuring Wale. From being under a major label for about 6 years and not being able to release and album or EP, this is her first release since the split, so breaking away and embarking on her own journey it would seem like she made a good decision.
