British artist, Banksy, has recently entered Gaza through a series of tunnels to highlight the terrible circumstances many Palestine people are currently enduring as a consequence from their war with Israel.

In one of his pieces featured, the street artist painted a kitten playing with a ball full of mangled wire found on the streets of Gaza.

Banksy, who always keeps his identity secret wrote on his official website:

“A local man came up and said ‘Please – what does this mean?’ I explained I wanted to highlight the destruction in Gaza by posting photos on my website – but on the internet people only look at pictures of kittens.”

Banksy, ended the thought-provoking video with a politically charged statement: “If we wash our hands of the conflict between the powerful and the powerless, we side with the powerful and don’t remain neutral”.
