Parra “Weirded Out” Solo Exhibition in San Francisco

Dutch artist’s Parra will be debuting his first ever U.S. museum presentation titled “Weirded Out”at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art for all Bay Area residents. Parra use of bold colors, hand scrawled typography and curvilinear forms to depict human-bird hybrids in high heels and various other silhouettes. Parra has also done collaborations with the likes of Nike, Converse, Heineken, Vans and Stones Throw. The “Weirded Out” exhibition will include a 60-foot-long mural covering a wall of the museum’s second floor landing, done entirely in acrylic and set to debut on March 31st, when the show officially opens.
