Jaden Smith did it again. Jaden dropped his 3 track EP “This is the Album” in February of this year. But after dropping his new song “Offering” yesterday, his name is getting even more buzz. In “Offering” Jaden speaks about his family and the powerful relationship he has with his dad, actor Will Smith. The sixteen year old rapper channels his inner thoughts over a smooth jazzy beat, we just had to sit back and nod our heads. Spitting bar after bar, flow pulling us in, Jaden’s delivery pours with emotion. He’s clearly not afraid to be himself, nor reflect upon the scrutiny he and his family faces. “Offering” embodies how organic, honest, and free Jaden is as a musician. We can’t wait to hear more from Jaden Smith.
