LA native $K makes his solo debut with the song “Who I Am,” which is the first offering to his forthcoming solo mixtape Mama’s Boy, a project dedicated to his mother. “Who I Am,” is a song that hits very close to home for $K. The song is a story of heartbreak and reflecting on his long term relationship with his high school sweetheart that came to an end. He opens the song with raspy singing vocals and you can def hear the emotions of being sad and lonely. The second half of the track you can tell reality hits him and that everything will be okay.
