Upcoming artist Bigbabygucci aka the leader of 1500 records landed a show with artist Lonny X out here in New York and honestly it was about time. Bigbabygucci, based out of Charlotte NC has been killing the underground scene lately with consistent bangers and has seen almost a million SoundCloud plays in his first year of rapping. The show took place at a venue, called babycastles, its a dope arcade style art gallery.
Bigbabygucci and Lonny X took turns performing keeping the energy high and everybody sweating in the venue. Weed smoke heavy in the air behind closed doors and no AC made the New York chill this time of the year extra refreshing. Bigbaby performed some of his recent hit songs like “water whip”, “Gucci tears”, and “Xanny Phantom” that had everyone in the venue jumpin’. There was also some dope guest performances from New York’s own such as Xodus Medici, O!mi, and Philadelphia-based artist Hvgo. 1500 records artists in the building featured producer/rapper lavish png, rappers Kumo tee, jihad, and myself; 1500 records photographer.
