Chicago rap collective SaveMoney artist KAMI has released his debut solo project Just Like The Movies. Till now you’ve known him as one of the founding members of Leather Corduroys with Joey Purp but with this we see him stepping out on his own. Melding indie-pop with rap the Chicago artist has a sound that falls into the category of, if the 80’s had wifi. Visually heavy with videos for “Home Movies” and “Scene Girl” take a look at the full project that features production from Chicago’s secret weapon, Knox Fortune along with features from Vic Mensa, Towkio, Sterling Hayes and Joey Purp.
