On Wednesday, August 23rd The Constellation Room at The Observatory hit capacity within minutes of doors opening for Peruvian musician A.CHAL‘s first headlining show. At approximately 11:30 PM all stage lighting went black as a glowing statue of The Virgin Mary became the only thing visible. Starting from the back of the crowd, screams of excitement quickly crescendoed into a roar of anticipation as A.CHAL made his way to the front of the stage. Humbly bowing down on one knee, microphone in hand, he rose to his feet as screams only real fans can are able to produce filled the venue making anything else inaudible. Screams of those who had been following his vision since before he signed to Sony. Screams of proud Latin Americans. Screams of those who knew something truly monumental was about to forcefully overtake everyone in the vicinity, whether they were prepared or not.

The ON GAZ tour had officially begun.
