Nigerian singer, songwriter Mr Eazi teams up with Fred on production and Mo-T from Mi Casa adds his saxophone skills. “Property” is a bouncy track that is combined with choir vocals making it an infectious summer tune. The video directed by JM Films was shot in Cape Town, South Africa and reflects the colour and vibrancy of the single.
