Oddball electronic duo Thool are set to release a mixtape of brand new music via new label Don’t Delay on August 17th. Titled Total Nobrum, the mixtape captures a cross section of the duo’s interests – from re-heated prog rock, to jungle, italo disco, Balearic, percussive new-wave and playful pop ambiance.
Channelling memories buried in ancient rock, with Total Nobrum Thool continue their endeavor to represent forgotten ancestors of the world. Recorded on a remote Hebridian island, Total Nobrum’s entrancing organic sound catalogues the crystalline form inherent to the Hebridian Igneous Province with a moving unflinching account of a love affair with rock.
