British producer, songwriter, and guitarist Beau Diako follows debut single “Buttermilk” with another heart-wrenchingly nostalgic offering in “Flutter” featuring LA native Raelee Nikole. The track, which emulates pure whimsy, is now accompanied by a lo-fi, perfectly nostalgic lyric video created by London visual artist George k.
Peppered with images of butterflies and flora, the video encapsulates a slow-moving, dreamy summer pace which encapsulates Raelee Nikole’s vocal concept to a tee:
“I wrote the lyrics while walking through Elysian Park in East LA. I put the track on repeat and let it be the soundtrack to everything happening around me: trees swaying in the wind, the mid-morning sunlight on the hills, pairs of butterflies that seemed to be waltzing in the sky..”
The video comes along with the announcement of the Nov 8th release of his debut EP featuring emawk, Totu (TORA), Jordan Rakei + Claudia Bouvette.
