Dubai is on course to have the first hotel with hotel room accommodations submerged underneath water with rooms that offer breathtaking views of the Persian Gulf. Deep Ocean Technology are the noted designers who are dubbed for the architectural process for the Dicus Hotel. The building will feature 21 rooms underwater that comes with a dive center and bar that is up to 10 meters below sea surface. The hotel will feature a unique lighting system that will illuminate the outside hotel rooms submerged underneath with macro photography windows that are able to zoom into surroundings for great views. This is definitely going to be a dream vacation getaway to worth planning for.
