Another good album from collective Illregular Instumentals artist J. Bizness has been playing in my truck for some time now. This album has most certainly been slept on. Being released last year Bizness has produced an album that is strictly old school. He has chopped, manipulated, cut, and scratched many of records to make beats of his own. This is called “flipping” which a lot of raw producers have learned coming up in the game, but to some has become a lost art due to new technology. There are 13 tracks that are just oozing creativity for emcees to use short playful rhymes. Cuts were made up of all kinds of artists such as, R&B queen Dionne Warick and Jazz musician Cassandra Wilson. You can tell that there is nothing but a library of influences that help J.
