Whether it a trend or simply because it makes for an interesting space, hotels commissioning street artists to go to town on their walls seems to be growing in popularity. WParis Opera hotel had french graffiti artist Zevs putting invisible ink in the rooms and Tilt, as we recently reported, sprayed an all white room in th Au Vieux Panier hotel in Marseilles. Hotel Vincci of Barcelona recently joined the movement gathering an international group of artists to take part in the huge project of painting the exteriors, hallways and other random areas throughout the 7 floors. The project proved successful with amazing results that has us itching for a trip to Barcelona. We are also excited to see which other hotels are also inspired by the idea and continue this urban art movement we are loving. Here is a list of the artist that came together for the project below.
