On May 26th L.A. Clique Clothing Co along with Illsociety Magazine x Lip stick Lace & Lattes x The 5th Element x Rosewood Radio partaken in the Style House event, L.A. Clique Clothing Co. showcased their Spring/Summer 2012 collection in which took place at the Think Tank Gallery in Downtown Los Angeles.
As soon as you stepped into the venue, you can hear the music playing in the background following with the people interacting amongst each other. Once you went upstairs you can view the photobooth where cameras were flashing, people were laughing, while others were posing to capture a moment in their life. At the Style House event, there were individuals anywhere from bougie chicks to fashion forward with some street wear. One of the photographers that took pictures of the event were from thestreetsarecalling.com, they captured pictures of some interesting people. All laughs following with everyone vibing with the music; as some started dancing side to side with a little twist. Following that, there was a slight dancing competition with some twerking and even voguing against others. One person that stood out was the model Kate Compton, which was part of the Style House event. Her beautiful red dress brought color and life to the room. Lil Debbie was another special guest that just reminded me of a firecracker with her outrageous personality.
Once the fashion show started it had all eyes on them. The clothing consist of some pieces that could be worn for the upcoming Summer that arrived out here in Cali. Each piece presented is what L.A. Clique Clothing Co is all about with their well thought out concept. Overall the event was a success with a full house that vibrated all over all night long. Not to mention if it wasn’t for the DJ playing some cool tracks the room would of been on mute. I can say that the ladies and the fellas were dancing aside from some being slightly bougie. Illsociety Magazine was pleased to be part of the event with L.A. Clique Clothing Co. Towards the end of the night all of us were happy because old friends became new friends and strangers become friends.
