Mixtape: Lupe Fiasco

Lupe always comes hard but his last album Lasers was rocked out and commercialized. Don’t get me wrong everyone one has to go commercial at one time right? Just don’t get caught up in it. Which is why I was skeptical on this mixtape but he killed it. The production is bananas, and I’m glad to see he went back to the Lupe that we’re used to. Its good music for real hip hop fans, and it’s refreshing to hear a rapper spit about real shit. I’m not just talking about ‘hood problems’ either. Real shit. Matters like Economics, Politics, and religion- matters that our younger generations should be paying attention to.
