Lorella Paleni has a major talent for painting multiple realities onto one canvas and, with some serious detailed perfection, has mastered blending these worlds into a whole other alternate reality that may or may not be real. Her work is that good, it takes you beyond your senses and, like Fight Club or Vanilla Sky, the more you look the deeper you go. Paleni, born in Italy 1986, studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice. She now lives in New York as a Resident Artist at the Wassaic Project in Wassaic. She has had exhibits in Italy, Spain and New York but has yet to arrive in LA, we will for sure let you know when she does.
